On Sunday, we embarked on a journey using both train and bus to reach our hotel in Savognin. Once settled into our rooms, our first task was to form random groups and share our diverse skills. We then brainstormed potential business ideas based on our collective abilities. We named our group ACS (Automatic Canteen System), envisioning a device to automate cafeteria operations. This marked our first interaction with the Dutch students!

Monday began with a delightful breakfast, followed by a walk to our designated workspace in a church for the upcoming week. Teachers provided a brief overview of the tasks ahead. We paired up, emphasizing that at least one member should have knowledge of electronics – a skill none of us possessed. Following a tutorial, we programmed the lot-cube to measure temperature and light, displaying the data graphically. Impressively, we even programmed the lot-cube to produce the tunes of "Seven Nation Army."

In the afternoon, we hit the slopes for the first time, enjoying acceptable weather conditions. In the evening, the CEO of Meteomatrics presented insights about his company. Post-dinner, Swiss and Dutch students gathered, engaging in lively conversations and laughter that extended for hours.

Tuesday's focus shifted to programming the IoT-cube to determine our GPS location. We shared our lot-cube learnings, while another group detailed their experiences with the dollhouse project. Attempting to connect our IoT-cube with the dollhouse, we came close but encountered a TTN program issue due to the high number of users.

In the afternoon, we went skiing with the Dutch students, creating a fun and enjoyable experience. We exchanged various words and expressions, such as the German phrase "Gib Guzzi," meaning "hurry up."

For dinner, our Dutch students experienced fondue for the first time! We all headed to a fondue restaurant in the Alps and had an enjoyable time together. Laughter filled the air as we played games and savored the unique dining experience.

Today's program involves the formation of new groups. Within these groups, the focus will be on completing the IoT cubes and dollhouses, integrating them with other technical devices. Before Lunch we completed the IoT hubs and installed a GPS tracker. This tracker allowed us to visually record the route we took in the afternoon on the slopes. Following a cozy movie night after dinner, we engaged in games and shared many laughs.

Penultimate day! With the groups from the previous day, we initiated our own projects. Following a presentation on design and the proper approach to a project, our brainstorming session began. After deciding on the project to pursue over the next two days, we kicked off the implementation. Is your bike stolen? No problem! With our SmartLock on your bike lock, you'll receive an email or SMS alert as soon as someone tries to steal your bike. Using a GPS tracker securely attached with a strong adhesive, you'll quickly pinpoint the location of your bike through your phone.
